Adding a little extra for big bluegills & Crappies

Whenever I am chasing big Bluegills, Crappies or Jumbo Perch I like to add a little extra to my bait so I get the most out of my fishing trip. I will add Berkley Sparkle Nibbles to my bait to give it that extra sent and artificial fish scale for the flash. My favorite colors to use are the Gold Rush (Gold can imitate Golden shiner Scales) or the Platinum (Silver imitate the spot tail shiner scales).

I will use the Yellow StrikeMaster bait puck for my Wax worms and the Red Bait puck for my Euro larvae/Maggots that way I know which bait is in each puck by the color of the bait puck. When you fill you bait pucks with your bait add 15 ‐ 20 pieces of the Berkley Sparkle Nibblets and shake it up a bit to get the scent and sparkles on your bait. Next time you go ice fishing give this a try and you might get that extra bite.
